1545 is a working office by day. Evenings and weekends, it's yours.
It's a two-room heritage building at 1545 Thompsons Station Road — the Front Lounge, shown above, and the Bar/Desk Space next door — plus an outdoor lawn. Exposed brick, a brass chandelier, real natural light indoors and room to spread out outside — and a real history of hosting catered dinner parties, poker nights, cocktail hours, baby showers, painting parties, podcast tapings, Bible studies, and live music on the lawn. No stock-photo event space energy — just a genuinely nice space, ready for whatever you're planning, on the hours we're not using it ourselves.

The Front Lounge
Chesterfield sofa and armchairs under a brass chandelier, exposed brick on one wall, tall original windows on the other. Mics and stands for iPhone filming are available for an additional fee — or bring your own setup.
The Bar/Desk Space
A bar-height table beside the desks that run our business by day — the desks slide to the side to open the room up when you need more space. Coffee and water are set out for guests. A sink, microwave and a small refrigerator, no kitchen. Restroom on-site.
Note: alcohol will not be in the space during rental.

- Mics and stands for iPhone/smartphone filming are available for an additional fee — the directional mics keep outside noise out of your recording. Quiet room, not a soundproof one — plan around street noise like you would anywhere.
- Add-ons
- 8 folding chairs, one 6-ft and one 8-ft table, for bigger setups.
- Amenities
- Restroom on-site. Coffee bar + water provided. Sink, microwave & a small fridge — no full kitchen, alcohol shown not provided during rental. TV on a rolling stand, with Roku for streaming presentations, available for an additional fee.

- No smoking, vaping, illegal activity, or overnight use are permitted.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the space clean and in good condition.
- Guests use the space at their own risk. 1545 Thompsons Station Road and its owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages that occur during use of the premises.
- Any damages caused during your reservation may result in additional charges.
- Reservations must begin and end within the scheduled booking time.
- Payment is required prior to your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be non-refundable.
